Sandy Lodge

During the winter of 2016 Sandy Lodge started working with Greg. After an initial meeting the club engaged his services on a management agreement to work with the newly promoted Head Greenkeeper and the team.

Greg’s first step was to support the greenkeeping team by redesigning operational procedures and implementing preventative maintenance. A new internal management structure was established giving greater accountability and responsibilities to each team member. The resulting increase in ability, confidence and moral within the greens team won the club rave reviews and has kept the course standards consistently high to this day.
